German-market interview coaching
A multi-session coaching series that prepares English-speaking professionals for structured interviews with employers in Germany.
Who this is for
English-speaking professionals interviewing with German employers — whether you already live in Baden-Württemberg or are relocating for a role in engineering, operations, finance, or professional services. You bring a real job description; we build practice around it.
Result you can expect
You leave with interview answers that fit German panel expectations: concrete examples, measured self-promotion, and clear reasoning when questions turn to overtime norms, team friction, or why you chose this employer over others in Germany.
Scope included
- Intake call to map role level, panel language mix, and gaps in your current stories
- Three live mock interviews with timed questioning and interruption practice
- Written feedback after each round covering structure, credibility, and phrasing
- A short negotiation rehearsal for salary, start date, and notice-period questions
- Email check-in in the 48 hours before your real interview
Not included
We do not rewrite your entire CV package in this series, sit in on the employer interview, or guarantee an offer. Application document review is available as a separate session.
How sessions run
- Briefing — You share the job ad, your draft answers, and any German-language requirements.
- Practice rounds — Each session simulates a different stage: screening, competency deep-dive, and panel pressure.
- Debrief — We mark which answers landed, which sounded inflated, and what to cut.
Sessions last 75 minutes. Most clients complete the series within two to three weeks of their interview date.
Preparation on your side
Bring the job posting, a one-page career timeline, and two examples of difficult workplace decisions. If part of the panel will be in German, tell us in advance so we can schedule bilingual drills.
Pricing basis
The series starts at €480 for three sessions. Additional single practice rounds can be added if a second employer interview appears mid-process. Travel within Stuttgart for in-person sessions may adjust the rate.
Next step
Request a preparation call with the employer name, interview date if known, and whether the conversation will be English-only or mixed.
