If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book services. ## Services described Content on this site describes employment consulting and interview preparation for English-speaking professionals in Germany. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm dates, scope, and fees in writing (email is sufficient). ## Intellectual property Texts, layout, and branding on this site belong to Smartautomatehub or its licensors. You may not copy site materials for commercial reuse without permission. Feedback notes prepared for your sessions remain for your personal interview preparation. ## Client responsibilities You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your experience, availability, and interview logistics. Mock interviews are practice only and do not guarantee employment outcomes. ## Liability To the extent permitted by law, Smartautomatehub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from interview outcomes after coaching. Our aggregate liability related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Courts in Stuttgart shall have jurisdiction where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply. ## Changes We may update these terms periodically.
