Session path
A clear route from first briefing to final mock for English-speaking professionals preparing employment interviews in Germany.
Interview preparation works best as a sequence, not a single pep talk. This path shows how we move from your job brief to a calm final rehearsal.
Briefing intake
You send the job ad, interview date, and any notes from the recruiter about language mix or assessment format. We reply with a suggested session plan and rate.
Story inventory
Together we list the examples you already use — delivery wins, conflicts, failures, leadership moments — and mark which ones German panels are likely to probe.
Live mocks
Practice rounds simulate screening, competency deep-dives, and panel pressure. Interruptions and follow-ups are intentional; polish without stress is not the goal.
Language handoff (if needed)
When a specialist may join in German, we schedule a bilingual drill so the switch does not erase your strongest English answers.
Final check-in
Within 48 hours of the real interview we review your top three answers, salary framing, and any last questions about notice periods or start dates.
